Please read these terms carefully before booking with Connect The World. By making a booking, you agree to these terms.
These Terms and Conditions govern all bookings made with Connect The World Tourism LLC ("Connect The World," "we," "us," or "our"), a company registered in the United Arab Emirates (Trade Licence No. DED-XXXXXXX). By making a booking, you agree to be bound by these terms in full. Please read them carefully before confirming any reservation.
These terms apply to all services we provide, including travel packages, hotel bookings, flight reservations, visa assistance, and custom trip planning. Additional terms may apply to specific products or promotions, and these will be clearly communicated to you at the time of booking.
We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of the required deposit and the issuance of a booking confirmation number by Connect The World. Verbal agreements, email correspondence, or WhatsApp exchanges alone do not constitute a confirmed booking. The lead traveller (the person making the booking) must be at least 18 years of age and accepts responsibility for ensuring all members of the travel party comply with these terms.
Package prices are quoted in UAE Dirhams (AED) and are subject to change until a deposit is received and the booking is confirmed. Prices may vary due to airline fare fluctuations, hotel rate changes, or currency exchange movements. We will notify you of any significant price changes before confirming your booking. A deposit of 25β50% of the total package cost is required to confirm your booking, with the remaining balance due 30 days before departure.
All prices are inclusive of VAT at the applicable UAE rate. Prices quoted are per person unless otherwise stated. International departure taxes, airport fees, and visa fees may not be included in the package price and will be clearly listed in your booking confirmation. We accept payment by bank transfer, credit/debit card, and cash at our office.
If you wish to cancel your booking, you must notify us in writing (email to bookings@connecttheworld.ae). Cancellations are effective from the date we acknowledge receipt of your notification. The following cancellation charges apply: more than 60 days before departure β loss of deposit only; 30β60 days before departure β 30% of total booking cost; 15β29 days β 50% of total booking cost; fewer than 14 days β 100% of total booking cost.
We strongly recommend that all travellers purchase comprehensive travel insurance that includes trip cancellation cover at the time of booking. Connect The World cannot be held responsible for any costs arising from the need to cancel your travel arrangements.
In the unlikely event that we are required to cancel your trip (for example, due to circumstances beyond our control such as natural disasters, political unrest, or force majeure events), we will offer you a full refund of all monies paid to us, or an alternative trip of comparable value. We will not be liable for any additional costs such as flights booked independently or visa fees paid.
It is the sole responsibility of each traveller to ensure they hold a valid passport with at least 6 months' validity beyond the return travel date, and all necessary visas, permits, and health documents required for each country on their itinerary. While we provide visa assistance services, we cannot guarantee visa approvals, which remain entirely at the discretion of the relevant embassy or consulate.
Connect The World accepts no responsibility for any client being unable to travel due to insufficient or incorrect documentation, including but not limited to expired passports, refused visas, or failure to comply with health or vaccination requirements. All costs, losses, or penalties arising from such situations are the client's sole responsibility.
Some destinations may require proof of onward travel, travel insurance, or minimum funds available. It is your responsibility to check current entry requirements with the relevant embassy or official government travel advisory before departure. Requirements may change without notice.
You are responsible for ensuring you are medically fit to travel. We strongly recommend consulting your doctor or a travel health clinic at least 6β8 weeks before departure regarding recommended vaccinations, medication, and health precautions for your destination. Some destinations may have mandatory vaccination requirements that must be met to gain entry.
Connect The World follows the safety guidelines of the UAE Ministry of Foreign Affairs and relevant international travel advisory bodies. We reserve the right to modify or cancel travel arrangements if we reasonably believe that the safety or health of travellers is at risk. In such cases, we will offer alternative arrangements or a credit note.
Travellers with pre-existing medical conditions, disabilities, or special requirements must inform us at the time of booking. While we will make every reasonable effort to accommodate such requirements, we cannot guarantee that all components of a trip will be fully accessible. In some cases, additional costs may apply for specialised arrangements.

We are not liable for any loss, damage, injury, delay, or inconvenience caused by the acts or omissions of third-party suppliers, including airlines, hotels, and tour operators.
Our total liability to you in connection with any booking shall not exceed the total amount paid to us for that booking. We exclude, to the fullest extent permitted by law, all liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including but not limited to loss of enjoyment, loss of profit, or loss of opportunity.
Force majeure: We shall not be liable for any failure to perform our obligations where such failure is caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, civil unrest, government actions, pandemics, or industrial disputes.
